Is ADA seating available?

• Yes, ADA seating is available, but it is limited. 

How do I make sure I get an ADA seat?

• We recommend arriving early, as ADA seating is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and space is limited. 

Is ASL interpretation or an assistive listening device available? 

• These must be requested in advance by calling the Customer Service Center at 626-744-7311.

Is the venue wheelchair-accessible? 

• Yes, pathways and restrooms are wheelchair-accessible. 

Is there a cost to attend?

• No. All Levitt VIBE Pasadena concerts are free and open to the public. 

Do I need to register or get a ticket in advance?

• No registration or ticket is required. Just show up and enjoy the show.

Are restrooms available on-site?

• Yes. 

Is water available? 

• Yes, there is a water refill station on-site; please note the water may be warm. 

Is there a first aid or medical station?

• Yes, basic first aid is available on-site.

Is there a lost & found?

• Yes, it will be located at the info booth.

Is the event family/kid-friendly?

• Yes! The event is family-friendly and includes a dedicated Kid Zone. 

Can I bring a bike, scooter, or stroller? 

• Yes, but they cannot be used inside the concert seating area. 

What time do doors open, and what time does the show start? 

• Doors open at 6:00 PM, and the show starts approximately 6:30 PM. 

Where is the venue located?

• 85 Holly Street, Pasadena, CA 91103 (cross streets: Raymond & Walnut).

Is there a rain/weather cancellation policy?

• Concerts are rain or shine. Shows may be canceled for extreme weather conditions (such as extreme heat, heavy rain, or lightning).

Is there a parking lot at the venue?

• There is no dedicated parking lot for the venue. Public parking is available nearby, and public transportation is also a great option for getting to the show. 

Is there accessible parking separate from general public parking? 

• No, there is no separate accessible parking; ADA seating (see above) is available at the venue itself. 

Can I bring my dog?

• Dogs and other pets are not allowed in the concert seating area. Service animals are always welcome. 

Can I bring alcohol?

• No. Alcohol is not permitted. 

Is smoking or vaping permitted?

• No. Smoking of any kind is not allowed anywhere in the park, including the seating area. 

Are weapons allowed?

• No, weapons of any kind are prohibited.

Are drones or professional cameras/recording equipment allowed?

• No, these are not permitted. 

How can local businesses or vendors participate in or sponsor a concert?

Is there a social media hashtag for the series?

• Yes — follow along and tag us with #LVP26 and #MusicMoves. 

Can I bring a chair or blanket?

• Yes! We encourage you to bring lawn chairs and blankets to set up your own spot on the lawn. 

Can I bring my own food?

• Yes, outside food is welcome. 

Is food available for purchase on-site?

• Yes, local restaurants will be on-site selling food at most concerts. Some local restaurants also offer special concert-night deals -- check with nearby restaurants for details. 

Are coolers allowed? 

• Yes, coolers are allowed. 

Can I bring alcohol?

• No. Alcohol is not permitted. 

Can I bring my own alcohol-free beverages? 

• Yes, alcohol-free beverages are welcome. Glass containers (bottles, cups, etc.) are not permitted for safety reasons. Please use plastic or other non-glass containers instead.

Are pop-up tents, canopies, or umbrellas allowed? 

• No, these are not permitted.
